You can easily order your picture scanning service from one of our stores in Redi, Tripla, Citycenter, Asematunneli, Iso Omena, Forum or Jumbo. All of our stores are able to scan photos in small quantities, but Citycenter and Iso Omena are able to offer quick scanning services for larger amounts.

Photos suitable for batch scanning are typically sized between approximately 8x10cm to 21x30cm. The backgrounds of the photos should be clean, without adhesive or other tapes and stickers. The photos should be of traditional photo thickness, so thicker cardboard images are not suitable for this purpose.
Arrange the photos in the order you want them scanned. Batch scanning does not include adjusting the tones or rotating the images correctly. The photos are scanned in the same format they are provided to us in a bundle. The photos must be separate.
The equipment automatically removes the worst dust and dirt particles, but it’s advisable to go through the photos yourself to ensure efficient scanning.
The photos go through two rollers, so extremely fragile and old photos are not recommended for batch scanning.
Flatbed scanning is suitable for photos that are not suitable for batch scanning. With flatbed scanning, you can also provide us with photos directly attached to an album. Flatbed scanning does not have the same restrictions as batch scanning. We do not recommend delivering photos inside glass; instead, we prefer the photo to be removed from the frame or from behind the glass.
Flatbed scanning is also a safer way to digitize fragile and old photos. In flatbed scanning, we arrange the photos on the scanning surface one by one, ensuring that they are not damaged.
Flatbed-scanned images are further cropped according to the image in Photoshop, resulting in the most accurate final result.
We always scan images at a baseline resolution of 300dpi. If you require images to be scanned at an even higher resolution, please inform us in advance. However, please note that in flatbed scanning, this may cause slight delays.
The images are always scanned in JPG format by default. If you require the images to be saved in TIFF format, please inform us in advance.
The photos to be scanned must be delivered to our store either in person or by mail. We serve customers in our physical stores with extensive opening hours in the Helsinki metropolitan area, making us easily accessible.

If you send the photos to us by mail, we will return them to you by mail directly to the address you provided, after the order is complete. Please remember to provide us with the delivery address, contact person, and phone number so that we can contact you if necessary. For shipping, we charge the current standard postal rates.
Payment can be made remotely using Paytrail payment link, by invoice, or cash on delivery. The digital copies of the photos will be delivered via email only after the order has been fully paid. For payments made by invoice, there is an additional invoicing fee of 6,20€.
