Print service in general

Our printing service is easy and convenient to use. We offer our services in our Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa locations. You can have your A4 and A3 documents printed at our Redi, Tripla, Citycenter, Railway station, Iso Omena, Forum and Jumbo locations. We printout your copies normally on 80-120g paper.

We print straight from your file, or we can also copy your physical copies at the store location. We recommend removing any staples for larger batches, so that the copying process is done more efficiently.

What you need to know

Print size

We offer two different paper sizes as standard: 

A4: 210 x 297mm

A3: 297 x 420mm

If you want your files printed on some other size, then let us know and we’ll see what we can do. Our largest copy size is SRA3 (320 x 450mm) and we print all sizes smaller than this.

Printing paper

We offer a wide variety of different papers. However, the prices above are inclusive of the follow papers:

A4: 80g basic copy paper.
A3: 120g polished copy paper.

In addition, we offer papers ranging from 80g to 280g in thickness. Let us know if you have some specific request for your papers.

Our machinery

We use Canon laser printers, which results in top quality prints. Typically, laser printers leave a small white margin (3-5mm) around the print. The prices don’t include cutting these margins. Whether you want your prints cut neatly, please let us know and we’ll give you a quote on that. 

File types

We accept pretty much all different file types. For printing we prefer PDF format to ensure the best possible outcome. If you have a word file, please save the file as a PDF. This way there’s now computer specific changes done to the file.

How can I deliver my files?

We prefer you send your files via email. Whether there are a lot of files, or the files themselves are too big, we recommend using wetransfer.com. Wetransfer makes it easy to transfer up to 2 GB worth of files at a single time. The service is completely free.

You may also come and visit us at our store with your memory stick, card, CD, phone or physical copies. We’ll print your copies instantly whilst you wait. If you have many copies, please ask our staff how long it’ll take to print.

Send your file to us

Postage in Finland

You may also ask us to send the documents to you via mail. Send us your files and let us know what you need from them. We’ll send them to you via Posti, which is our go to posting service. If you require express delivery, please contact us for other solutions.

Express delivery

We have always prioritized speed, made possible by our in-store production and our own inter-store delivery. We aim to produce small batches while you wait without any express fees, but this is considered on a case-by-case basis, and we will always inform you about the costs before placing the order. If your order is urgent and the standard delivery time is not feasible, please remember to inform our staff, so that we can make sure that the production and possible transportation is possible. Each express order is considered on a case-by-case basis, and depending on the current workload at our stores, we may not always be able to offer this service.
 
The express fee is 10% of the total order value, but at least 10€.
